The NHCCM is offering two scholarships for the ACM-NE Film Festival in Hartford, CT (go to www.acm-ne.org for more information) in an effort to facilitate attendance by interns, volunteers, small access centers, low budget organizations, access volunteers, independent producers, and those traditionally denied access to the media who may otherwise be unable to attend.

The Film Festival will be held November 7th. Each scholarship is in the amount of $350. This amount shall be used for registration , mileage costs, meals, and hotel accommodations. All receipts must be turned into the treasurer immediately following the event. Each applicant must meet the following criteria:

1. They must be an individual or organizational member of the NH Coalition for Community Media;
2. They must be active in a local PEG access center;
3. They must need the scholarship in order to be able to attend the conference;
4. They must commit to writing about their conference experience for the NHCCM Newsletter.
